Meet Your Teacher
Holly began her dance training at the age of 5 years old under A s h l e y a n n e Hensley, Theresa Shampine, and Julie Reeves at Steps of Faith Dance Company in Cartersville, Georgia. She was trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, contemporary, and modern dance. She then attended Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, where she furthered her dance studies in modern dance, as well as completing studies in Social Work. At Belhaven University, she was a part of the Belhaven Dance Ministry Ensemble, and taught dance to children in various ministries around the Mississippi area, including Stewpot Ministries. She has extensive experience teaching dance to those with special needs and disabilities, and taught at The Dancing Wheels Dance Company in Cleveland, Ohio for their inclusive summer dance intensive. Since graduating from Belhaven University in May of 2020, Holly has worked as a full time nanny for families in Mississippi, and has become a co-parent with many families of young children. Holly is looking forward to so many children growing, learning, and helping equip them with all of the skills and knowledge they will need moving forward in life, and later moving onto kindergarten!
